Which language is the guide in?
The main text is in English. Parent response scripts also include Hindi written in Roman letters. It is not a fully Hindi-translated book.

Do I need special food, toys or equipment?

Change of mind: once the PDF has been delivered or working download access has been provided, we do not ordinarily offer refunds simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the guide, or found that the approach did not suit your personal preferences. Downloadable information cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.
Results are individual: we do not guarantee that a child will eat independently, stop asking for screens, accept new foods or become screen-free within seven days. The guide provides educational steps and tools. A lack of a particular behavioural result alone is not a refund guarantee. Genuine problems remain covered, including after download:
- Duplicate successful charges for the same intended order: we refund the verified duplicate amount.
- Non-delivery, including delivery later than the stated schedule: contact us so we can check fulfilment and provide the access or refund remedy appropriate to the issue.
- A corrupted, incomplete or unusable file: we will offer a working replacement or practical access support promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will refund the affected purchase.

Response and refund timing: we aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours, review straightforward requests within seven business days, and resolve complaints within 30 days. Approved refunds will be initiated within five business days of approval, normally to the original payment method. Razorpay states that normal refunds typically credit within 5–7 working days after initiation; the payment method and bank can affect timing.
